Another wonderful idea by the Project Reservoir team to increase community awareness of the Reservoir through the use of our very own Scratch game!
Scratch is a programming language that makes it easy to create your own
interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art -- and share your
creations on the web.
As young people create and share Scratch projects, they learn important
mathematical and computational ideas, while also learning to think creatively,
reason systematically, and work collaboratively. (http://info.scratch.mit.edu/About_Scratch).
Stay tuned for progress as team members are in the early stages of game development. Our game will most likely involve a community member's exploration through our "Sketch-Up" model of the Reservoir. We are very excited to incorporate another component to our constantly expanding Project Reservoir!
